Buying Clothing online can be uncertain at times. You can't try on the merchandise and the color might be off. At 33 Wishes we understand and have come up with a refund policy that can put you at ease.
Online Purchases Only. You must notify 33 Wishes of any concerns within 5 Days after receiving merchandise. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason you want to return.
We must recieve merchandise within 14 days to get a Full refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Gift Card or Exchange or Refund.
In -Store Purchases Only. We offer only store credit no Refunds. Returns must be within 7 Days of purchase to receive store credit. If return is outside of the 7 day return period we can not offer store credit/ exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any tags must be attached to merchandise this includes 33 Wishes tags and/or Vendors tags.
Shoes must be returned in Original Box

Worn, Washed and clothing without Tags
Damaged Clothing (tears, makeup, or any type of damage done by customer)
Accessories or Final Sale
To complete your return:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then a Full refund will be issued. An email will be sent to the email address that has been provided.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com we will then notify you if we have that same item in stock. If not 33 Wishes will send gift Certificate through email then you can send your item to: P.O. Box 1257 Tomball Texas US 77377.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
